Our engineering staff have significant complex system development and implementation experience in the government technology domain. We have developed a formal system for assessing the technical, management, and cost (TMC) risk associated with projects under consideration for development. We have also developed a methodology for summarizing and documenting the relative TMC risks of projects competing for development resources.
